Hair Salon ala Tess

*Walks in and looks around happily at the bright room, goes and sits behind the counter and starts to file her nails, waiting for her first customer,*

*walks in* Hi, wow, look at this place.

*It is an old hair salon from before the virus. It has all the equipment and everything*

*looks* Um, I didn't come to get my hair done, I just wanted to introduce myself...

*Stands up* "Oh of course! I'm Tess!"

Elise. *smiles brightly* i was just wondering... what are the Newgs really about? Are they like the priveleged, with drinks... because I'm just not sure.

*says happily,* "No! We're not like that, I mean we drinksometimes, but some of us are the ones who provide it! So it would be pretty silly if we did drink. And I would be happy to cut your hair if you wanted.. i do tribe make-up as well."

I'd like my hair done, but... *looks up slightly* Actually, I was wondering if you needed any help around here... I'm just sick of being with the schoolkids 24/7. They don't appreciate anything I do.

"Of course! I'd love the company, and... who is it not appreciating you?"

My tribe, the schoolkids. I trry to do whats best for them, and they dont care. They just want their lives to be full of getting drunk and killing themselves. I just need a break from it all, y'know?

*Hears this conversation* Elise, it is you killing us, with all your stress.

"lay off it would you! Elise, you take all the time you need I'll be in charge while your gone." *Smiles*

*Turns to Violet in anger and leaves*

"Hmmm, anyway, I could do your hair now, I hear you have oranges? But I guess i could do your hair for free since you're helping me out!"

*grabs Shorty's shoulder before he leaves* You know what? To you, I might be a total stress head. But you don't realise it, do you? If me and Violet weren't doing this stuff for you, you'd probably dead. Are you forgetting that I let you straight into the school? If I hadn't, you'd be on the streets, most likely dead? Are you forgetting that I let you eat our food when you were hungry? *shakes head in disbelief* But whatever.

Fine, Maybe I will die. *Walks out*

*Stares after Elise worriedly, but decides to mind her own business*

*walks in* hey tess im anjuna its nice to meet you! *looks around* wow! Do you reckon you could dye my hair?

"sure! It would be my pleasure," *shakes her hand warmly,* "I'm Tess! And what colour do you want to dye it?"

Black, do I have to trade you something

"yeah... not to big though, i hear you guys have oranges? I would give anything for any sort of food."

"deal!" *goes and gets some hair dye, shampoo and a comb,* "take a seat!" *has a poke around for more things but can't see anything, finds some cd's and gives them to Anjuna to pick one,*
